Getting Here

When arriving in the Fort Meade area, the nearest major airport is the Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. Bus transportation is provided by the Maryland Transit Administration and subways are also available. Taxis will bring soldiers directly to Fort Meade. If arriving by car, take MD-295 towards Washington to US 175 East. Follow 175 East to Reece Road intersection to the traffic light. Turn right at the traffic light onto Reece Road and proceed to the Main Gate. If military personnel are in need of temporary lodging, the Fort Meade Guest House at Abrams Hall is available.
